If fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Av66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.

• Extended account inactivity (dormant account).

Members may request to close their own account at any time. In such cases, the existing balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited if wagering requirements have not been met.
